New investments in the company

Mikrostyk has made another investment in the modernization and expansion of its machine park, increasing the processing capacity and giving greater possibilities for creativity in developing prototypes of products for our Customers.

 

The new, another revolver press of this type in our Punching&Bending -Euromac MBX-12 1250/30-2500 department is equipped with a hydraulic – servo -electric system. The unique hybrid system, called Flex, has the hydraulic power combined with the accuracy of electrical control. It is a press with a punching power of 30 T that allows to process sheets with a thickness of 0.5 to 6 mm. Machining range in X, Y axes is 1250 mm x 2500 mm, machining range X, Y, Y: one reposition 5000 mm, accuracy positioning +/- 0.1.

 

In addition, we have invested in improving the production processes. We equipped the compressor with the Equator Comparator, a device for non-standard dimensional control, which allows the operator to check many different components during the production process. The use of this modern machine will improve efficiency and reduce the number of deficiencies.
