The challenge that our crew had to address was to ensure the precision in the machining of the plastic element. It is not possible to drill six boreholes in one axis in manual mode.
Our solution is a machine with a built-in bed, on which the machining component is placed. When the device is started, the automatic pressure stably holds the element, while the two boreholes are performed on the two sides simultaneously and accurately, intersecting three walls of the product in one line.
