From February 8, we started a series of Employee meetings aimed at presenting the new Code of Ethics in Mikrostyk.
The code has been updated and adapted to our production profile and the nature of the organization.
Why do we need this Code?
It can be assumed that since we have the laws binding for all of us, as well as specific and known human rights, additional internal regulations are unnecessary. However, can we build the company’s culture in this way? Can the Civil Code / Criminal Law anticipate any specific situation that occurs for instance in our company?
Determining the ethical behavior patterns in a company is aimed at ensuring compliance with our rights building company value, good atmosphere, a sense of trust and security at work.
