Technician of the tool shop processes
Job description:
-Support the production process of tool (stamping dies).
-Supervision and creation of tool technology .
-Selection of construction materials.
-Proposals of technical solutions aimed at increasing the life of production tools and obtaining greater process stability during metal forming.
-Close cooperation with the production department in planning tools tests, modifications and repairs.
-Participation in lean manufacturing and 5S workshops in the tool shop.
Our requirements:
-Higher or secondary technical education (preferred: mechanics, mechanical engineering).
-Practical knowledge of CAD programs (preferred).
-Good knowledge of technical drawing.
-Knowledge of the construction of stamping dies, blanking dies and other tools for metalworking on presses is welcome.
-Knowledge of machine building.
-Knowledge of machining processes.
-Logical thinking and good organizational skills.
-Knowledge of English.
-Good computer skills in MS Office.
-Ability to work in a team.
-Independence in making decisions.
-Ability to work under time pressure.
