The latest step in the development of our machine park is the implementation of a new high-pressure washer, supported by an automated transport line designed and built in-house.
This solution is yet another example of how we combine decades of expertise in metal stamping and processing with innovative solutions in production automation.
Process automation line
The new line was created as a peripheral device that fully supports the processes related to component preparation. It includes, among others:

packing and feeding components for marking,

visual inspection,

degreasing and vacuum drying,

picking up parts and applying labels,

and in the next stages – also storage and transport using lifts.
As a result, the entire process runs in one smooth flow, eliminating the risk of errors, shortening the cycle time, and ensuring full quality repeatability. Ultimately, the system will be able to handle 100% of production during a shift without operator involvement.
The implementation of this technology is crucial for meeting the strict requirements of technical cleanliness.
The high-pressure washer, together with the new automation system, ensures that our metal components reach customers at the highest quality standard, ready for further assembly in the most demanding industries such as automotive, electronics, and lighting systems.
