Two-day training familiarizing us with the secrets of environmental management is yet another step on the long road to obtaining international certificate ISO 14001 by Mikrostyk. Why are we doing it? We want to fulfil more requirements with respect to our environment than legal regulations demand from us. It involves a thorough analysis of our activities, with consistent improvement of processes and changing habits- minimizing negative impact on the environment; chemical waste management, waste segregation, reducing the consumption of electricity, water, investment in energy efficient technologies, environmental education and much more.
Our goal is to have integrated ISO 14001:2015 requirements with quality management systems already existing at MIKROSTYK by the end of 2018.
