2015 was a year of new investments for Mikrostyk, investments we had the pleasure to inform You about on a regular basis. At the end of the year we managed to conclude another project –performing lifting of our plating department.
The previous setting of process lines has changed – the already existing ventilation system of the electroplating was extended as well as modernized in order to improve health and safety conditions. What is more, we bought and installed new semi-automatic barrel PUB50 and electrochemicaldegreasing baths with a new fume extractor and launched a new line of ten rinsing baths. Additionally, the department is equipped with a new digestive chamber with exhaust ventilation (digestion in nitric acid and hydrochloric acid).
Moreover, we took care of comfort and aesthetics of galvanizing and hardening plant by replacing windows and doors, repainting the walls with acid resistant paint and lining the process hall with non-slip plastic mats resistant to chemical agents. All of the modifications significantly increased the capacity and productivity within the galvanic treatment processes.
