The Production Department is equipped with a new mechanical, 160-ton eccentric press manufactured by the company Sangiacomo, along with a P/A feeder.
The new HAAS machining center in the Tool Shop is a CNC controlled machine in 3 axes. It is equipped with a working table measuring 914 x 457 mm, transmission in XYZ axes: 762 x 508 x 508 mm. Maximum spindle speed is 12 k / min, maximum spindle power 22,4 kW. The device has a 24-place tool storage, installed rotation and coordinate scaling functions that speed up 3D shape machining. There is a modern and precise machine tool that guarantees high quality of tools production.
A new galvanizing bathtub has been installed in our galvanizer, with the possibility of loading up to 50 kg.
