Assembly and automation of production processes

We provide an optimization of the processes of assembly, machining, control, transport and many other solutions that we offer to our clients as part of an additional post-production service on behalf of our MADevice brand.

Our solutions are non-serial devices precisely matched to client needs, created to achieve the high performance at the lowest financial effort, shorten production cycle, lower employment costs and reduce the amount of production scrap.

Galvanization

We provide 3 types of galvanic coatings (zinc, tin and nickel):

•  Nickel plating in semi-automatic barrel devices
•  Etching, deburring, chromating
•  Electro-zinc coating by using hangers or in barrels
•  Evaporating washing device

Degreasing and drying in a vacuum chamber

The maintenance-free device for washing, degreasing and drying metal components in a vacuum chamber.
