Robotic bending stations work continuously, maintaining constant and high quality. Even after many hours of work, the robot still provides perfect accuracy and repeatability.
That's why we equip our CNC bending and punching department with modern Fanuc robots. The first device was installed in December along with the new Durma edge press.
Parameters of the robot and process:
- Motion repeatability with an accuracy of ± 0.03 mm;
- Lifting capacity : 35 kg
- Precise stabilization during individual bends on the part;
- Modern Durma servo press brake, bending force up to 40 tons and bending length 2050 mm;
- Project implementation time in terms of programming and robot preparation: 2 - 4 weeks.
