We would like to present you with the latest MADevice’s project intended for our plastics industry’s Customer – device for cutting the ingots after injection.
The main advantage of this project is maintaining cleanliness during the production process (without generating dust). What is more, for the purpose of preserving aesthetic features after the cutting process, special heaters softening the edges wereapplied.
Another project is a jig for the Customer operating in the field of fire protection systems. The machine is used to cut plastic transferred from a role, with the possibility of winding the waste on drum.
This small device is a simple solution for detection of inserts in the holes of a component and yet another project of MADevice in the field of testing.
