To meet the growing expectations of our Customers, Mikrostyk invested in the modernization and expansion of its machine park.
The new turret press Euromac MBX-6 1250 / 30-2250 is equipped with a hydraulic system – A servo. The unique hybrid system called Flex combines the hydraulic power with the accuracy of electrical control. The strength of the press punch 30 T allows to work with metal sheets of 0.5 to 6 mm thick. The scope of machining axes X, Y 1250 mm x 2500 mm, the range of machining X, Y, Y, one repositioning 5,000 mm, positioning accuracy +/- 0.1. With the implementation of „multi-tool” our new press can simultaneously handle 27 stamping / punching tools . In addition, the press has got three open side access to the machine, which enables charging of all sheet formats allowing the flipping and rotating within the work zone.
This is the second turret press in our machine park. With the new investment we will increase significantly the capacity in the area and improve our reactivity for prototypes.
