In June, another edition of SMED Challenger will be carried out in Mikrostyk. The employees participating in the workshops will practice SMED procedures, leading to a reduction in press exchanges. During previous workshops, assumed reductions have been achieved, which has really contributed to the improvement of the production processes, and therefore we wish to continue to train and practice this technique.
The project aims to increase the efficiency of co-operation between employees, and thus lead to further development and enhancement of customer satisfaction.
Works on optimization of production flow are inscribed in the Mission and Strategy of our company. We consistently strive to pursue these assumptions.
