In March we had a pleasure to present ourselves at the Warsaw Congress Connected Enterprise Forum. The theme of the conference was the exploitation of innovative technologies potentials’ at the production lines. The subject of MADevice expert speech was optimization of products by small steps. During the lecture the motivators and selection of the criteria optimization were discussed as well as stages of the production process improvement supported by examples of implementations together with approximate issue of cost-effectiveness investments in relation to the product’s life cycltu.
