For the Mikrostyk’s purposes we have designed new precise feeding device for high-speed eccentric press. Thanks to the new feeder we have achieved micron precision of the feed which has a very positive impact on maintaining required dimensional characteristics of the manufactured components. The simplicity of feeder’s control is possible with the use of both HMI panel as well as using the manual remote. The device is controlled by SIEMENS technology.
Feed rollers executed by us have a perfect shape and high surface quality . Coupling them with the propulsion system based on servo motor (OMRON ) and the planetary gear (APEX DYNAMICS ) allowed to obtain high precision of feed and ensures jump’s repeatability.
