New MADevice project for LG Electronics

Assembly automat, which was executed for our new Customer – LG Electronics, performs automatic clamp impositioning on rubber hose. The central point of assembly process is its feeding wheel, on which hoses  are provided by vibrating system. The wheel is driven by a stepping motor, and the clamps are provided by vibrating systems to pneumatic grapples attached to linear systems driven by servo-motors. Efficient settings changes throughout HMI desktop can be easily obtained thanks to applying innovtive solutions. The device stands out with its compact design, which allows settling it in customized sized spaces. Taking into consideration all of the facts mentioned above, while project realizing, it leads to improvement of work efficiency, which affects organization profit maximalization.
